All PCBs are subjected to inspection at each stage of the assembly to ensure that the build is correct to the customers BOM.

Martin Woolman uses an INSPEX HD1080 inspection camera and fully automated optical inspection machine. The optical inspection machine is programmed by our fully trained staff to check that every component is correct in type, rotation, value and positioning as specified.
